The Party branch of the China Fishing Vessel, Fishing Machinery, and Fishing Gear Industry Association completed its term rotation election
On December 15, the Party Branch of the China Fishing Vessel, Fishing Machinery, and Fishing Gear Industry Association held an election meeting for the renewal of its leadership. Following the procedures stipulated in the "Constitution of the Communist Party of China" and the "Regulations on the Election of Primary Organizations of the Communist Party of China," the new Party branch was elected through standardized voting, with Li Jiren elected as Party branch secretary and Zhou Changli as deputy secretary.
Zhao Zekun, Secretary of the Fourth United Party Committee of National Industry Associations and Chambers of Commerce, visited to provide guidance. On behalf of the higher-level Party committee, Zhao Zekun congratulated the successful convening of the conference, fully affirmed the achievements of the previous branch committee of the association, and put forward requirements for the new branch committee: First, always prioritize political construction, demonstrating greater firmness in "following the Party's lead"; Second, consistently integrate Party building with professional work, exerting stronger efforts in "promoting development"; Third, always remain true to the original aspiration of serving the people, making more practical progress in "improving people's livelihoods"; Fourth, consistently strengthen the awareness of integrity and self-discipline, enforcing stricter adherence to "maintaining the bottom line.".
Li Jiren stated that the new Party branch must resolutely follow the requirements of the higher-level Party organization, strengthen and uphold Party-building leadership, and integrate Party-building efforts with operational tasks. The achievements of Party-building should be translated into tangible results that drive development, while striving to expand and refine service measures. Further efforts should be made to align with the needs of enterprises and fishermen, consolidate resources from all parties, and establish service platforms to support industry management, serve enterprises and the broader fishing community, and enhance the quality and efficiency of the fishing equipment industry. In daily work, a strong sense of discipline, bottom-line awareness, and service consciousness must be upheld, fostering a clean and upright political environment to promote the comprehensive development of association activities.
